How do I print the Color Charts?

The resident Color Charts† can be printed by following the process described below.
1. From the Ready to Print state on the printer's Operator Panel, press the Menu button until the Operator Panel changes to the Functions menu as shown below.
2. Highlight Print Pages in the above Functions menu and press the Enter button. The printer Operator Panel will change to the following.
3. Highlight Color Charts in the above Print Pages menu and press the Enter button. The printer Operator Panel will change to the following.
The RGB, CMY and Pantone Color Charts will be printed on A3 paper as shown below. If A3 paper is not available from one of the printer's paper trays then the printer will request A3 paper to be installed.

The RGB and CMY Color Charts have a similar purpose as the Colour Swatch sheets from Oki's Colour NIP products. You can use the RGB and CMY Color Charts to device dependently colour match. An example of device dependent colour matching would be when matching the colour of your company logo to a colour on the RGB Color Chart (or CMY Color Chart) and using the relevant colour values in your chosen application. This would ensure that the actual colour of your company logo is reproduced by your printer.
