How can I produce a Hex Dump?

A hex dump can be useful for technical support staff when trying to diagnose a print problem as it allows the printer to provide a hard copy output of all the data received during a print job.
To obtain a hex dump please follow these steps:
1. Log into the printer's internal webpage
2. Select the printer tab
3. Choose printer Config and then PCL
4. Select "Enable" from the pull-down menu next to 'Hex Dump'
5. Click the "Submit" button
Note: Remember to return to this webpage and restore the hex dump setting to "Disable" after use.
