What are printing groups?

Printing groups is a feature that allows an administrator to restrict printing on the C9800 to only specified groups.
This feature is similar to placing printing restrictions on users by using the more advanced Oki Print Control software however the options are limited to 'allow all printing' or 'reject all printing'. If printing groups is enabled and a user who is not a member of an approved group sends a print job the data will be rejected and an error will be shown within Command WorkStation.
Please note:
Although the C9800 supports both Printing Groups and Oki Print
Control these features cannot be used at the same time.
