Shutdown/Restart process

In order to protect the contents saved in the internal hard disk drive (HDD) unit the C9600, C9800, C9800 MFP and C9800 GA printer should be shut down by the following steps.
1) Confirm that the printer is in idle.
2) Press "Shutdown/Restart" button for 4 or more seconds.
3) Turn off the printer after the Shutdown process is complete.
4) To restart the printer, press "Shutdown/Restart" button.
