How do I read the serial number on the EPC and toner?

The attached document gives an explanation of the serial nuber format for EPC and Toners.
Note When the month has 2 figures eg Oct, Nov or Dec, the month code will be X,Y or Z
For example an EPC serial number is given as B40902100003015.
This can be read as
Rev B4, Year 2000, Month September, Day 02, Assembly Factory 1,
Serial No. 00003015.
And a toner cartridge with the serial number C2D0X1060Y2 can be
read as
Rev C2, D=?, Year 2000, Month October, Toner Lot No. 1060, Colour
Yellow.
