When I try to print to my OKIOFFICE 84 using Jetsuite I get a port conflict or Device not connected error.

Make sure the cable is IEEE1284 compliant, less than 2 metres in
length, connected directly to the PC and the parallel port mode in
PC BIOS is set to EPP.
Additional devices connected to the parallel port may cause
problems, for example a zip drive or a scanner.
