Thinking about giving delegates 40-page handouts, or an 80-page manual to the new guy in IT? Oki's smart N-Up printing facility enables you to print multiple pages on a single sheet. `N' refers to the number of pages on the sheet, ranging from 2 to 16. Used with duplex printing, you'll save time, money and make your handouts more impactful.

For everyday office documents we recommend using the PCL driver, and saving your format as a driver setting, so next time you print this type of document everything is already set up for you. (See links on the right hand side for more information).
- Select File, Print from your application
- Select the OKI C9X00(PCL) driver and then Properties
- Select Finishing Mode from the Set-up menu
- Choose the number of pages per sheet (2 - 16 up)
- Click Options to further customise the layout
- Click OK to print
When printing large PDF documents (e.g. manuals) we recommend using the PostScript (PS) driver - you can download this from the drivers section. This will speed up the file download to the printer and the time it takes to print the document.
- Select File, Print from your application
- Select the OKI C9X00(PS) driver and then Properties
- Select Pages per sheet from the Layout menu
- Choose the number of pages you require (2 - 16 up)
- Click OK to print
