MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE:
Internship Description
The Intern will gain practical experience in Marketing Communications within the Irish subsidiary of a world leader in printing technologies and solutions for business. The person willing to seize the opportunity, will gain valuable experience in creating and implementing marketing tools and materials in support of a dynamic sales and service organisation. We market our award-winning Printers and Multifunction Products to our customers, as part of wider value add propositions such as Managed Print Services and In-House Colour Printing solutions. We require an Intern who will help us develop new marketing methods, to reach out with our communications in innovative ways to customers' and our channel printers and demonstrate the benefits we can offer. The Intern will learn practical skills in understanding business, communications methods and direct customer engagement. On-the-job training will be provided, by working closely with our sales team, in direct contact with our customers.

The successful candidate should have a high level of education in a marketing oriented discipline. Ability to work with software and web tools is preferred, and having a creative frame-of-mind and/or artistic capability is a definite advantage. The candidate should be willing to work closely with OKI staff and customers alike and be capable of planning and self-organisation with an attention to detail. Wide experience will be gained which will be highly valuable to the Intern for the future.

HELPDESK SUPPORT:
Internship Description
OKI have an excellent Internship opportunity for a Level 1 Technical Support Candidate providing IT Support in our Head Office in Tallaght, Dublin 24.
Contract Type:
Full Time, unpaid (FAS Internship)

An enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. It would be beneficial to have experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting printer related issues. Good technical understanding and hands on experience of PC's is also very beneficial. Must be a team player.
Description
The intern will gain practical experience in providing general support on a wide range of PC's, laptops and OKI branded printer & multifunctional devices, through interaction with customers via telephone,
e-mail and the web. The Intern will receive formal/informal training in the following: how to investigate and gather all required information and details relating to PC/Printer related service requests. Full training and mentoring will be provided throughout the internship. On completion the intern will have attained skills in supporting a wide range of PC, printer and MFP products along with gaining essential market experience providing helpdesk support.
This is an Internship. An allowance of €50 per week will be paid in addition to your current Social Welfare payment.
